What I have learned through massage and energy work gives a person other tools to complement the journey to wholeness and balance. My intention is to provide a safe and holistic environment, using a variety of modalities, in an effort to support the natural healing process in each client."

As a therapist, I believe that Mind, Body and Soul need to be nourished and in balance for us to live our best, most authentic life. I also realize, as a mother, daughter, sister and wife that life is busy!! I believe a therapist is a teacher and coach that supplies the client with tools, skills and strategies that can be used throughout life and revisited as needed.
