Illuminated Living - Life Coaching
Traditional therapy is designed to help individuals manage or get rid of a psychological condition. Illuminated Living is Life and Health coaching. It is mentoring and coaching specifically designed to help you reach personal and professional goals. It is movement towards outward success and internal satisfaction and balance. The Client and Coach Relationship As your personal coach, I will meet with you 3-4 times a month either by phone, e-mail or in person. I will not only provide understanding and support, but will also help you develop and carry out a plan of action to meet your goals in life. How long we meet is determined by the nature of the goals we undertake.
